HOW TO MAKE SOFT BREAD

Breads are rich in complex carbohydrates. Carbohydrates are an important part of our diet as they provide us with energy. Our bread contains various vitamins, including Thiamin (Vitamin B1) and Niacin (Vitamin B3) which are essential for releasing energy from food.


INGREDIENT :

* 3 cups of All-purpose flour 
*1 tablespoon of powder Yeast 
*1 cup of Sugar 
*1 tablespoon of salt 
*1 cup of warm milk
*melted butter
*flavour
*1 large egg

STEP 1 : Pre heat the oven to like 350F.

STEP 2 : In a bowl, dissolve yeast in warm milk water. Add the sugar, salt, 2 tablespoon of melted butter and flavour to 3 cups of flour and add  the warm milk to it then knead until smooth, to form soft dough.

STEP 3 : On a flat surface, add some flour and knead the dough for like 10 minutes. You will need like 3
cups of flour for the process. Make sure it is smooth and elastic.

STEP 4 : Rub some vegetable oil in another bowl. Place the dough in the oiled bowl, turning once to
grease the top. Cover with a nylon or cloth for like 2 hours. The dough should have doubled its size.

STEP 5 : Grease all the bread pan to be used. Pour the dough down then divide it into the bread pans. Let
it rise again in the pans.

STEP 6 : Place all the bread pans inside the pre heated oven for like 20 minutes. By then the bread will
have a brownish colour.

STEP 7 : Remove all the bread pans from the oven and pull of the loaves of bread from the bread pan.
