SCOTCH EGG RECIPE – INGREDIENTS
Beef sausage meat
Black pepper (optional)
Egg for coating
Parsley leaves (optional)
Flour for working
1) How to make bread crumbs: You buy your bread, remove the brown part, pieces the bread, put it in your oven tray and reduce the heat, bake it till its brown. Bring it out, allow it to get cold, then pound it or blend it without water, after that sieve it to get your crumbs.
2) Break your raw egg in a clean bowl and beat.
3) Pour your beef sausage meat in a bowl, add your parsley leaves, curry, thyme, black pepper, mixed spice, ginger and grinded onion and mix them together very well.
4) Rub your palm with flour, take your boiled egg and rub the flour onto it, then rub the beef sausage meat round the egg to cover it. Then dip it inside your bread crumbs, then after that, put it inside your hot oil till it turns brown. It is ready to be served and enjoyed!
