INGREDIENTS:
1. 2 cups of flour
2. 1 table spoon of yeast
3. Half teaspoon baking powder
4. 2 table spoon milk
5. 2 table spoon butter or oil
6. Pinch of salt
FILLINGS:
Cut beef into strips, shawarma spices, oil, colored bell peppers and marinade meat sauce.
RECIPE
Sift in together the dry ingredients in a bowl. Add warm water and form a soft dough, rub oil on the dough and cover it with a clean towel, then allow the dough to rise. After the dough rises, ounch the dough and knead again from the small dough balls. Roll out the dough with a pin and place the filling in the center. You can put oil or egg in the edges or roll out another dough and cover the filled one with it. Bake in a pre-heated oven at 180 degrees for 15mins.
Serve with any dip of your choice or pepper soup. AND ENJOY…….
