All over the world, children are known to have fewer weight related problems, most especially in regards to their health. However, overweight children may likely grow to become over weight adults thereby exposing them to diseases as heart problems and diabetes later in life they may also likely develop stress and low self-esteem. One of the major causes of Obesity in Children is genetic factors, another culprit is like of physical exercise, and unhealthy eating habits is yet another, in rare cases however, it could be caused by an hormonal imbalance , even if I say obesity runs in the family not all children in this category will be overweight. LOW FAT DIET

The major remedy to look out for is your children diet, Obese children should adopt low-fats low calorie diets you need to help them stick judiciously to it as a parent, because it is quite difficult having quite a number of limited food to eat for a long period of time. To add to it you could enrich your kids with foods rich in fiber, fruits and vegetables are good examples of these.

PHYSICAL EXERCISES

Eating right is half the equation for optimal weight and fitness. Regular physical activity is the other half.Yes this so because eating right in combination with physical exercise does the job better, the trick to this is to start slowly, you do not want to force an already obese child who is not physically fit to start a rigorous exercise, a daily walk for about 30 minutes can get the job started.

 

PREVENTION

Prevention they say is always better than cure! in this regard, research has found out that prevention is the best way! To tackle obesity in children this means eating a healthful diet based on vegetables, fruits, legumes and engaging in physical activities does the magic!
