Gurasa sananen abinci ne a arewacin nijeriya wadda ake amfani da flawa wajan hadda ta kuma ake kwadata da kuli-kuli ko a ci shi da tsire ko balangu.

YADDA AKE HADDA BIREDIN GURASAN
1.      Da farko zaki hadda flawa,gishiri,yeast,sikari guri daya ki gauraya saiki zuba ruwa lab lab sai ki kwaba flawan ya haddu.
2.      sannan ki zuba dan man gyada, ki kuma kwaba shi na minti biyar sai ki bar kwabin ya huta kuma ya tashi na sa’a daya.
3.      Bayan awa daya ki daura tukunyan gashin ki a wuta yayyi zafi, sai ki dibi kwabin flawan ki a tafin hanun ki ki fadada shi yayyi zagayye watto round saiki daura akan tukunyan gashin ki, ki rage wutan sai ki barshi ya gasu.
4.      Bayan yan mintina sai a juya flawan zuwa dayan bangaren  a gasashi, sai a sauke haka za ayi tayi har zai kwabin flawan ya kare.
5.      Toh biredin gurasan mu yayyi.
YADDA AKE HADDA BANDASHEN GURASA
1.       Zamu nika kuli kuli da sinadaran dandano da garin yaji.
2.       Sai mu yanka albasa, kabeji, tumatir da tsiren mu.
3.       Sai mu dauko gurasan mu, mu dangwala a ruwan zafi sai mu cire mu kuma dangwala shi a cikin hadin kuli kulin mu. Haka zamuyi ma duka gurasan mu har sai ya kare kuma sai yaji kuli kuli sosai.
4.       Sai mu zuba man gyadan mu da muka soya da kabeji,tumatir,albasa da tsire akan gurasan da yaji kuli kuli mu gauraya ko ina yajji.
5.       Toh bandashen gurasan mu ya kamalu sai ci.
