Put the beef mince, breadcrumbs, egg, onion, garlic, in a large bowl.
Season with salt and maggi. Mix with your hands until evenly
combined. Divide the mixture into equal portions with a measuring cup.
Shape each portion with your hands in a thick circle.
Heat half the olive oil in a large, non-stick frying pan over
medium-low heat and cook half the patties for about 4 minutes on each
side or until browned and cooked through. Transfer the minced meat to
