The deal is to make sure you offer water between meals and always encourage them to drink enough water. You can also measure the rate by the frequency at which they urinate.
Always encourage them to drink Water when the weather is hot: This is very crucial as little children are prone to heat related problems such as heat exhaustion and heatstroke. To guard against heat exhaustion, give your kids easy access to water. Bring bottles of it when you’re on a car trip or at the beach or the park.
