When you skip meals, your feelings of hunger will grow even more, so, instead of skipping meals, you can make one food sacrifice by cutting out one indulgence such as the chocolate or chips you eat after lunch or dinner. Never skip your breakfast as well because you want to lose weight. Eating your breakfast will supply you with lot of energy and will keep your hunger at bar during the day. Eat six small portions a day instead of three big portions.

4. Energize yourself with Music- Exercise can efficiently help you lose weight, but what will add more boost to your working out routine is a good, rhythmic, energizing music. Load your MP Player with your favorite music and work out to that gym to get that desire figure you have always wanted.

5. Smart Grocery Shopping- Never go for grocery shopping on an empty stomach because going to such areas hungry can be very tempting. You can be tempted to buy cookies, chips, ice-creams, soda, or pizza and other fattening foods you are trying to avoid. Eat before going for any shopping.
