1.turmeric
Turmeric is a powerful antioxidant that help in achieving wonderful glow, and it also helps to get rid of puffiness, mix turmeric, milk, rose water, mix together, and apply paste on your face and neck, leave it on till it dries, then rinse with cool water.
2.honey
Honey is a great moisturizer and help to keep the skin well hydrated, it also helps reduce blemishes and acne, and it also fading of pigmentation and scars, just apply honey on your face and neck area, massage for a few minutes, and wash off with lukewarm water.
3.olive oil
Olive oil act as an antioxidant for the skin and helps in preventing early ageing of the skin, and it also gives a nice and shiny glow, if possible every night before hitting the bed, take a drop of olive oil and apply it all over your face and neck, then wipe it away with a damp towel.
4.aloe vera
Aloe Vera is rich in vitamin, it keeps skin glowing and soft, it also prevent acne, and you can make aloe Vera juice, or add it in your favorite drink, you can also apply it to your skin and leave it 10 to 15 minute, then rinse your skin with cool water.
5.coconut oil
Coconut oil is rich in antioxidant and faty acid, it is an excellent moisturizer, and it also keeps our skin acne free, regular massage with lukewarm and your coconut oil, it keeps our skin glowing and healthy.
6. Banana
Banana they are rich in potassium, vitamin A and B, it hydrate and moisturize our skin, they also have powerful anti ageing effects, it help prevent fine lines and wrinkles, mash a banana and apply on your skin and leave for 15 to 20 minute, then rinse out with lukewarm water.
7. Almond
Almond are rich in vitamin E and antioxidant,it moisturize our skin and keeps it acne free, it also help in reducing stretch marks and dark circles, crush and soaked your almond in milk and blend well to form a paste, apply on the skin and leave for 10 to 15 minute, then wash with cold water and pat dry.
