Shin Menene Menopause?

Menopause shine ƙarshen lokacin haila na mace. Kalmar tana iya bayyana kowane canje -canjen da kuka yi kafin ko bayan kun daina samun al’adarku, alamar ƙarshen shekarun haihuwa.

 

Me Ke Jawo Menopause

An haifi mata da dukkan kwan su, waɗanda aka adana su a cikin mahaifansu. Mahaifansu kuma suna yin sinadaran estrogen da progesterone, waɗanda ke sarrafa lokacin haila da sakin ƙwai Wato ovulation. Menopause yana faruwa lokacin da mahaifa ba sa sakin kwai kowane wata kuma jinin haila ya tsaya.

*Bugun Zuciya da sauri

*Ciwon kai

*Ciwon gwiwa da tsoka

*Kara kiba

*Zubewar gashin kai

*Canje -canje a cikin jima’i 

Matsalolin Dake Da Alaka Da Daukewar Al’ada

Rashin estrogen da ke da alaƙa da daukewar haila menopause yana da alaƙa da wasu matsalolin kiwon lafiya da suka zama ruwan dare yayin da mata ke tsufa.

Bayan daukewar Al’ada mata suna samun matsaloli kaman:

*Rashin kashi (osteoporosis)

*Ciwon zuciya

*Mara da hanjin da basa aiki kamar yadda yakamata

*Babban haɗarin cutar Alzheimer

*Ƙarin yamutsewar fata wrinkles

*Rashin Ƙarfin 

* Rashin gani sosai

Zai zama wahala a sarrafa canjin jima’i da ke zuwa bayan daukewar Al’ada, kamar bushewar farji da rashin son jima’i. Hakanan kuna iya gano cewa ba ku jin daɗin jima’i sosai kuma kuna da matsala isa ga inzali. Muddin ba mai raɗaɗi ba ne, yin jima’i na yau da kullun na iya taimakawa kiyaye lafiyar farjin ku ta hanyar inganta kwararar jini.

 

Mahaifan ku sun daina aika ƙwai da zarar kun daina al’ada, don haka ba za ku iya daukan ciki ba. Amma kuma a yanzu kuna iya kamuwa da cuta ta hanyar jima’i. Ya kamata kuyi amfani da halayen jima’i mafi aminci idan ba kwa cikin alaƙa da mutum ɗaya.
