This will enable you to find a better grocery store and stock up in the fridge if you have one in your hotel room. Keep your breakfast and lunches healthy

Just because you are on a vacation or on a business trip doesn’t mean you should be eating junks. But you need to be careful because some airports can restrict you from taking in food to their country. Make sure that you find out by doing research of what they do allow into their country. If you have favourite packaged snacks like protein bars, nuts or dried fruits, you can stash some in your luggage. Bringing healthy food from home ensures you know exactly what goes into your body and prevents you from spending money on food that doesn’t taste good.

Walk everyday

You can decide to ditch a taxi and use your legs. Exploring our destinations on foot is an amazing way to sneak in some exercise while travelling. Grab a map, take a walk, take in the new sights, and take in the smells and sounds of where you are.
