Hanyoyin da za’a bi don samun gashi mai tsayi

Abubuwa sun canza ba kamar da ba , an gano cewa kowa na iya samun dogon gashi idan har aka bi wadannan matakai:

  1. A wanke gashi ko jika gashin kafin a tayar da gashin, kar a tayar da gashi yayin da yake bushewa babu wani danshi a gashin, yana haifar da karyewar gashi idan ba’a jika shi ba.
  2. A shafa man  moisturizer da yawa a gashin yayin da yake jike , daga tushe zuwa sama.
  3. A Ƙara man gashi don rike danshi a cikin gashi.
  4.  Hakanan don kasancewan gashi da tsayi, a guje  amfani da shamfu da yawa, maimakon haka a yi amfani da kwandishan,Shampoo yana dauke da wasu sinadarai masu karya gashi amma kwandishan yana dawo da gashi, yana kara masa laushi da kyau.

idan kowace mace za ta bi wannan mataki, akalla sau 2 a sati, za ta yi mamakin yadda gashin ta zaiyi tsawon .

 

Waɗannan matakan a zahiri suna dakatar da karyewar gashi kuma suna haɓaka tsayin gashi.
