Yadda ake hada yoghurt a gida

Yoghurt sanannen abinci ne kuma mai gina jiki, wanda ba kawai yana da sauƙi ba ne kuma ya dace a ci  yana da daɗi sosai.

Yin yoghurt a gida yana da sauƙi, baya buƙatar amfani da abun hadda Yogurt, Crock-pot, ko Instant Pot.

 Iya abin da kuke buƙata shine sinadarai guda biyu: cikakkiyar madara mai inganci da yoghurt ɗin da aka yi ko siya.

 Yin yoghurt a gida zai ba da damar dangin ku duka su ji daɗin fa’idodin kiwon lafiya da ɗanɗano mai ɗadi na yogurt.

Yin yoghurt yana da sauƙi kuma yana da saukin sha.  Yawancin  yoghurt ya dogara ne akan kayan farawa watto starter, kayan farawan shine yoghurt wanda aka riga aka hada (yawanci ana saya) shi wannan starter  in ana saka shi a cikin madara da aka tafasa a bar shi ya zama yoghurt.

 

Don hadda Yoghurt daga farko, kuna buƙatar:

 

  • 1-3 lita na madara

 

  • Jakar starter culture ko karamar cokali 2 na yogurt mara siga 
  • Ya kamata adadin madarar da aka ƙara ya kasance ƙarƙashin adadin yoghurt da za ku samu a ƙarshe.

 Yadda ake hadda yoghurt
